YA series circular vibrating screen
Product profile:
Circular vibrating screen machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, bottom frame, etc. Adopt the cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude, the vibrator is installed on the screen box side plate, and driven by the motor through the triangle belt rotation, generating centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box vibration. The equipment is mainly used in coal, metallurgy, mining, power generation, building materials industry, light industry and chemical industry. An efficient screening machine for classifying bulk materials such as coal, ore and coke.
YAg series circular vibrating screen is mainly used for raw coal grading in coal preparation plant, and also for ore size grading after crushing in concentrator. They are light and heavy. Light material size ≤200mm, heavy material ≤400mm.
Main features:
1. Innovative sealing and lubrication structure design solves the problem of oil leakage and inconvenient disassembly of vibrator.
2, the screen box frame riveting type, the overall stiffness is large, stable operation.
3. Metal coil spring supports, absorbing most of the impact force and minimizing the vibration impact of the foundation support structure.
4, (1) steel plate punching; (2) polyurethane rectangular hole; (3) wire weaving; (4) bar sieve plate. A variety of screen surfaces are available to meet the needs of different technological conditions.
