Product features


The frame and main shaft are made of high-strength alloy steel, which is hard and durable.


This machine chooses the reasonable combination of high swing frequency of cone crushing part and large eccentricity (stroke) of eccentric sleeve. This series of multi - cylinder cone crusher can greatly improve the passing capacity. This machine can produce under the constant discharge port to avoid the change of discharge port caused by the fluctuation of single cylinder spindle in production.


The specially designed crushing cavity adopts high-energy lamination theory to input more energy, so that the crushing of materials occurs not only between particles and lining plates, but also between particles. Therefore, the output is higher, the wearing parts are less worn, the product shape tends to be cube, and the content of needle flake is less.


Fixed shaft design, the spindle in the process of operation does not move, greatly increase its strength, can obtain more installed power, but the weight of equipment is greatly reduced than the traditional cone.


The bi-directional over-iron release hydraulic cylinder can let the iron pass through the crushing cavity. The hydraulic cleaning of the crushing cavity has a large travel distance and has nothing to do with the wear of the lining plate, reducing the amount of work needed to remove the blocked materials in the crushing cavity.


The hydraulic motor drives the adjusting sleeve (fixed cone liner), which can accurately adjust the discharge port. The hydraulic motor can also make the adjusting sleeve and fixed cone liner all turn out of the supporting sleeve, so as to replace the fixed cone liner and the moving cone liner, which greatly simplifies the work load of replacing the liner.


Advanced lining plate fixing technology improves the reliability of lining plate. The fixed cone liner is self-locking by matching the wedge with the spiral bevel of the upper part of the fixed cone liner. The movable cone liner is fastened by a self-locking locking bolt.


This machine USES the bronze sleeve, in the vibration big, the dust many crushing environment may provide the bigger load capacity.


All parts can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side. It is convenient to replace the moving cone liner and fixed cone liner without dismantling the mounting frame and fastening bolts.
