Construction of 23 railway projects will begin in 2017

With the approval of the state council, the national development and reform commission and the ministry of transport jointly issued the three-year action plan for major transport infrastructure projects, and a total of 23 key railway projects were recommended in 2017.

1. Chongqing-kunming high-speed railway: 785 km of new railway with an investment of 95 billion yuan.

2. Xining to chengdu (huangshengguan) railway: 54km of new railway with an investment of 45 billion yuan.

3. Guangzhou to shanwei railway: 168 km of new railway with an investment of 18.2 billion.

5. Hefei to huaian railway: 270 km of new railway with an investment of 35 billion yuan.

15. Pingliang to qingyang railway: build 100 km of railway with an investment of 7 billion yuan.

16. Ningbo to jinhua railway: build 135 km of new railway with an investment of 11 billion yuan.

Sanmenxia - yuzhou railway: 257 km of new railway with an investment of 18 billion yuan.

Yangshuang-han-zhou junction line in tianjin: build 30 km of new railway. 1.6 billion.

22. Jining to erlianhot energy expansion project: 330 kilometers of railway will be rebuilt and expanded with an investment of 8.2 billion yuan.

23. Larong railway capacity expansion project: reconstruction and expansion of 167 km railway with an investment of 6 billion yuan.
