The vibrating feeder USES the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate to generate centrifugal force, so that the movable parts such as the screen box and the vibrator can move in a forced continuous circle or approximate circle. The material is thrown continuously along with the screen box on the inclined screen surface, and the material is sent to the receiving port continuously and evenly.

When the bottom plate and the material move forward, the material in the bin fills the space in the body. When the bottom plate moves backward, the material on the bottom plate cannot be returned and unloaded, so as to realize feeding. The feeding amount can be adjusted by changing the amplitude and frequency of the bottom plate movement and the height of the discharge gate. The feeding capacity is generally within 40 tons/hour. This kind of feeder is suitable for medium and small size materials, mainly including slot type and pendulum type. The bottom plate of the trough feeder is flat and reciprocates when working. Swing feeder's bottom plate is curved, hinged on the body, the bottom plate swing when working.

The feeder is composed of rotary disc, guide sleeve and scraper. The materials in the stock bin are piled up on the disc with wear-resistant lining plate through the guide sleeve, and the disc rotates, and the material is scraped out of the feeding plate. Adjust the position of the scraper or the height of the guide sleeve to change the feeding amount. The diameter of the disk is generally under 3 meters and the rotation speed is no more than 10 RPM. The disk feeder is stable and reliable, convenient to adjust the feeding amount, less energy consumption, but the structure is bulky, suitable for powder and granular materials with less viscosity.

Some feeders consist of casing and impeller. The inlet and outlet of the upper and lower end of the shell are connected with the stock bin and material receiving equipment respectively. When the impeller rotates around the horizontal axis, the material falls into the cavities of the impeller and is discharged into the receiving equipment after the impeller rotates for half a cycle. The equalizing tube can drain the high pressure from the cavity before entering the material area, so that the material cannot be fed when arriving at the material area. The feed amount can be adjusted by changing the impeller speed. The diameter of the impeller is usually less than 500 mm and the rotation speed is no more than 45 RPM. This kind of feeder is simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, good in tightness, suitable for small particle size and powdery material.
